Booking page: let people book a time with you

Set the hours when you are available, share one link, and let people pick a free slot. Every booking takes the slot away for the next person, so there is no back-and-forth and no double booking.

Create a booking page

How it works

  1. Set your weekly hours, for example Monday to Thursday 9:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00, and any dates that differ, such as a day off or an extra afternoon.
  2. Choose the length of an appointment, how often a slot starts, and the break you need between two bookings.
  3. Share the link. People see only the times that are still free, in their own time zone, and book one with their name and e-mail address.
  4. With an e-mail address (asked by default), each booking gets a confirmation with a calendar file, and you are notified. People can change or cancel their booking from their personal link.

Rules for your time

  • Length and interval: appointments from 5 minutes to 12 hours, starting every 15 minutes, every hour or at any other interval.
  • Buffer: a break before and after each booking.
  • Minimum notice: nobody can book a slot that starts within the next few hours (four, unless you change it).
  • How far ahead: from one day to a year, and a first and a last date if the page is only for a limited time.
  • Seats: more than one person per slot, for group sessions, classes or tours.
  • Maximum per day: a cap on how many bookings you take in one day.
  • Your calendar: import busy times from an .ics file or a calendar address, and those times are not offered.

Time zones

You set your hours in your own time zone. Each visitor sees the free slots in theirs, so nobody has to convert times for a call across borders.

Privacy

Names are hidden from other visitors by default; only you see who booked which slot. The page and its bookings are deleted at the time you choose, from 30 days to three years after its last date.

Good for

Office hours for students (the Office hours template), job interviews with a break between them (Interview slots), parent-teacher meetings, consultations, tutoring, test drives, or a tour with a few seats per slot. The idea is the same as in Calendly or Doodle's booking pages. To let people sign up for fixed items instead of picking times from your hours, use a sign-up sheet.
