Privacy

• The polls, with what their organizers enter (and, if given, the organizer's e-mail and webhook address).
• Answers and comments, with the name, e-mail and other details participants choose to enter.
• Pictures uploaded for polls.
• For accounts: the e-mail, name and a salted hash of the password.
• For limits against abuse: keyed hashes of internet addresses, kept at most a day (and per poll, for polls that take one answer per address).

• No cookies, no tracking, no advertising.
• Your calendar: it is read in your browser; only busy times you choose to add to a booking page are saved with it.
• This browser remembers your polls and keys in its own storage; it never leaves your device.

Each poll is deleted with all its answers when the time its organizer chose has passed (30 days to 3 years after its last date or change), or earlier when the organizer deletes it. Participants can withdraw their own answers. Deleting an account deletes the polls it made.

PollIt runs on Cloudflare; the database is kept in the European Union. Push notifications go through your browser's push service. Questions and requests (access, deletion): [email protected].
